All orders placed with Mollie Mo will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

This website is operated by Millie Mo and references to ‘we’ ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to Millie Mo. References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

 

Prices, availability of goods and product descriptions 

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Prices do not include delivery and postage and packaging charges will be added at checkout in accordance with our standard delivery charges. All goods are sold subject to availability.

Where goods are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you may choose between a full refund, delivery when the item is back in stock or an alternative product.

In the unlikely event of an item being incorrectly priced we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale at any point prior to despatch. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the product descriptions and pictures on our website are accurate slight variations in size and colour may occur.

Placing an order

On receipt of your order we will send you an email confirmation. Please check this carefully to ensure all details are correct. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation​

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time up to the point of despatch. After that time goods can be returned under the returns policy.

Privacy
The information we collect from you when creating and account or placing an order with Milli Mo, is used only for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you in respect of your order.

Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential and solely for internal purposes. We will not disclose your name, address, email address or any other information to any outside party. We will not trade, sell, resell or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

We do not store your credit/debit card details and all payments are processed via Paypal and are never in our possession.

From time to time we would like to send emails to customers with updates such as special offers or new products, if you don’t wish to receive these then there is always an option to opt out at the bottom of the respective email.

We use Google Analytics on our website to improve our customer experience by providing us with valuable feedback on our customers actions whilst visiting our website. The information we collect is for internal use only.
